We recommend arriving by 5pm on
Thursday, March 27th & departing

The closest airport is Aspen (ASE)
which is a 20 min drive to The W
Hotel. The hotel provides airport
shuttle for all guests staying
at the hotel.
Ubers in Aspen are limited; however,
taxis are available to book in
advance. They will charge about
$19-30 per transfer.

Vail-Eagle Airport (EGE) is a
1.5 hour drive from Aspen.
You can take a shuttle from Vail
to Aspen through Colorado Mountain
Express or Home James.

on the earlier side!
